Where to Look for Jail or Records Help

The Travis County Sheriff's Office is led by Sheriff Sally Hernandez and operates the county jail system. For general TCSO business, use 5555 Airport Blvd., Austin, TX 78751, or call 512-854-9770 Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. For current jail information, call 512-854-4180. Central Records can be reached at 512-854-9749 or tcsor@traviscountytx.gov. Central Warrants is 512-854-9751, and the open-records/paralegal contact is 512-854-9718.

Incarceration records are picked up at 5555 Airport Blvd., Austin, TX 78751, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, except Travis County holidays. The primary jail and Central Booking location is 500 W. 10th St., Austin, TX 78701. The Travis County Correctional Complex is at 3614 Bill Price Rd., Del Valle, TX 78617.
